Is the price quoted all-inclusive?

Yes, all of our pricing covers everything, there are no hidden extras. They include ice cream on waffle cones for the number of guests you have specified, delivery, a member of staff, trike hire and decoration if required and serviettes.

Apart from weddings, what other events can you attend?

We can attend any type of event; from Weddings, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Christenings, Christmas Parties, Corporate Events, Product Launches, Exhibitions the list is endless.

How many guests can you cater for?

We can cater for any number of guests, just ask – the more the merrier

Can you serve our guests at our reception in the Hotel?

Absolutely, we can serve wherever you wish, inside or outside. Our Ice Cream Bikes can operate with or without power so whatever the location it is no problem.

What areas do you cover?

We cover our hometown of the West Midlands, Worcestershire and surrounding counties. We can travel within a 100 mile radius where there will be a nominal delivery charge – please feel free to ask, we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

How far in advance should I book?

Once you have an event date, the sooner you can book the better. For weddings of course, the summer months are particularly hectic so to avoid disappointment the sooner the better!!

Do you require a deposit upon booking?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100. This deposit secures the date for your event with the balance due to us 2 weeks before your event.

Could you decorate the Tricycle in my chosen colour scheme?

Our trike is a lovely Forest Green colour with ivory livery. But we can decorate the trike with ribbons and bows if required free of charge if you would like us to match!

How long can you be at our event?

Just as long as you want us to be, which we can agree at the time of booking. Our usual time is up to 3 hours which includes set up and tidy up.

How do I make a booking?

It’s really easy just email or call us, we will send you a booking form with all of the details on there that you need to know.
